摘要
本试验设立硝化细菌、水生观赏植物对照组与空白对照组进行对比试验。结果表明硝化细菌对降低淡水水族箱中COD、NH4+-N、NO2 - -N效果显著,有利于提高蓝毛足鲈等的相对生长率,对孔雀鱼、七彩神仙鱼增色有益。实验中还发现硝化细菌有明显预防细菌性肠炎病发生的作用。硝化细菌在淡水水族箱中固着种群稳定需要2 5~2 8天,在施用硝化细菌3~4周后水体COD、NH4+-N、NO2 - -N达到稳定水平。
The comparation among nitrifuing bacteria and aquatic ornamental plant and blank were made in this experiment, the results indicated that nitrifuing bacteria can reduce the concentration of COD?NH_4 +-N and NO_2 --N apparently, which do good to the relatively growth rate of Trichogaster trichopterus sumatranus, and to the color of Symphysodon aequifasciata and Poecilia reticulate. This experiment also proved nitrifuing bacteria is preventive to enteritis.Nitrifuing bacteria in freshwater tank gets to stable population in 25~28d in this experiment. The concentration of COD?NH_4 +-N and NO_2 --N get to stablizition after nitrifuing bacteria living in the tank for 3~4d.
