目前中国电力市场处于发展的前期阶段,全国电力大重组的方案已由中央批准并开始实施,接着要在全国开展大规模的电力市场化改革。根据国际经验,一般在实施并完成电力市场化改革后,就需要推出相应的电力期贷市场。因此,现在已有必要开始对电力期货等理论问题展开研究。

At present,the electricity power market of china is on its initial stage of developing.The project plan of the reconstruction of Chinese electricity power industry has been approved by the central government and is under the way of carrying out.And the wave of market-oriented reformation of electricity power market will also be carrying out nation-wide. According to international experiences,the electricity power future market should be established right after the reformation of electricity power market.Hence,it is necessary to carry out the theoretical researches on the electricity power futures and future contract design.
