总结了电荒时期深圳电网需求侧管理主要做法,认为需求侧管理工作作为一项系统工程,特别需要政府的推动和支持,当前仍然是落实好行政错峰工作,长远在于充分发挥电价等经济杠杆的作用。
The paper summarizes the methods of work of the demand-side management(DSM)adopted in Shenzhen power grid during electricity shortage period.It is believed that as a systematic project,DSM needs strong government promotion and support.The main task of DSM at present is to stagger peak load,and on the long run is to play effectively the role of economic leverage such as electricity tariff.
