摘要
壮观霉素产生菌47-4号菌株经过氯化锂和紫外线联合诱变处理后,其孢子悬液分离在含有5000μg/ml壮观霉素的高氏1号琼脂培养基制成的浓度梯度培养皿上。实验证明,从浓度梯度培养皿中分离得到的菌株,比用常规方法从高氏1号琼脂平板得到的菌株其壮观霉素产生能力平均高8.2%。
The spore suspension of the spectinomycin Producing mutant No.47-4 after treatment by combination of lithium chloride and ultraviolet light,was selected on the gradient plates containing 5000μg/ml spectinomycin in Gause No. 1 medium. It was proved that the strains selected from gradient plate produced average 8.2% more spectinomycinn than that ones from normal plate.
