摘要
高硅型高可塑性粘土是一种含硅量高、可塑性又很强的粘土,根据其矿物组成又称为高岭石—伊利石—蒙脱石混型粘土。粘土层赋存于侏罗系下一中统煤系地层中,为灰及灰白色砂质泥岩。原矿呈致密块状,易风化。矿体含较多的游离石英。有害组分为铁质。由于粘土矿物中除离岭石外含有多量的蒙脱石,致使粘土矿石具有较强的粘着感,较好的可塑性和较高的结合力,而被电瓷行业所利用,具有较高的工业价值,为研制大型电瓷产品开辟了一个新的国内少有的矿物原料品种。并认为在建筑、卫生陶瓷工业中也可扩大应用。
High Silicon & high plastic clay is the one which much riches in silicon and has a very strong plasticity. On the basis of its mineral composition, it can be named Kaolinite-illite-montmorillonite compound clay. This clay bed which exists in lower-middle Jurassic coaly-seriesis grey & grey-white arenaceous mudstone. Original ore is in compact massive and liable to weather, contains more free quartzs, the harmful composition is iron. As a result of more montmorillonites except for kaolinite, clay ores have stronger adhesion and better plasticity and bigger binding force, and then they are used in eletro-ceramics and of greater industrial significance. It is a new and domestic limitted kinds of mineral materials to study and make large scale eletrical productions. At the same time it can be more extensively used in building and sanitary ceramic industries,
