摘要
介绍了电动螺栓紧固机-单片机控制装置的开发与设计。分析U形螺栓装配中的存在问题,提出了新思路的控制方法。硬件中突出了抗干扰设计,并简要介绍了部分软件的设计思路。装置投用后使装配质量得到了稳定保证。
This paper mainly discusses the design and development of the intelligent controlling system that is used in screw tightening. It first analyzes some problems existing in U-shaped bolt assembling and then proposes some new control methods. Concerning hardware, emphasis is put on the design of disturbance resistance. The methods of software design is also briefly introduced. The quality of assembling is greatly improved after the system is applied.
