A Peer-to-Peer File Sharing System Using XML/Web Services

联网计算机之间没有主次之分,各自具有独立的网络自主权,端到端(Peer-to-Peer,P2P)模型能有效地实现计算能力和数字资源的共享和整合。本文介绍一个采用端到端的,层次分布化模型的文件共享系统,定义了关键的系统场景,分析了利用XML/Web Services实现方法,并给出了一个P2P设计模型。

A Peer-to-Peer model which provides efficient sharing and integration of computing capability is playing a more and more significant role in distributing computing environment. This paper presents a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) framework dedicating in file sharing functionality. A hierarchical distributed model is designed and critical system scenarios are defined. Finally the writer analyses the system implementation using XML/Web Services technology, and a Web Services based system prototype is given.
