摘要 以乙基纤维素作囊材、硬脂酸作阻滞剂、滑石粉作添加剂、无水乙醇作溶媒,用喷雾干燥法制备了磺胺嘧啶微囊。探讨了成囊机理及影响成囊的因素,同时考察了处方、工艺等因素对制备的微囊的粒径、外观形态、密度等理化特性的影响。 Microcapsules of sulfadiazine were prepared by spray dry process with alcohol as solvent,ethylcellulose as wall material, stearic acid as sealant,and talc as solid additive.The mechanism of microcapsule formation and its influencing factors were investigated. The factors of formulation and procedure affecting the particle sizes, surface apparences,densities and other physical properties were also studied.
