摘要
用大量培养人Ｂｏｗｅｓ黑色素瘤细胞的技术，在短期内获得了大量含组织型纤溶酶原激活剂ｔ－ＰＡ）的培养上清液。经ＳＰ－ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＣ５０柱分离及ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００柱凝胶过滤纯化。从１Ｌ培养上清液中可收获ｔ－ＰＡ０．１６ｍｇ。
A simplified procedure for the purification of human tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA) from human Bowes melanoma cell culture is described.The t-PA in medium was rapidly purified by a combination of cation-exchange chromatography and gel filtration to obtaill 0.16mg t-PA from 1L medium.
