摘要
对姜科14种果实类药材中的挥发油和黄酮类成分进行了薄层色谱分析,从色谱图中提取反映样品间差异的数量化特征,并用系统聚类方法探索了这类药材彼此间的关系。结果表明,豆蔻属Amo-mum药材彼此间较相似,与山姜属Alpinia药材有一定区别,用中间距离法可将14种药材分成两大类,与其传统功效分类结果一致。
he present paper deals with an application of cluster
analysis to the chemical identification of the drugs fromfruits of
Zingiberaceae. Thirty numerical characters were obtained from thin
layer chromatograms of volatile oils andflavonoids. The coeffiicient
of Seuclid was used to show quantitative index of similarities among
the samples. By metheds of systematic cluster. 4 ciendrograrns from
each methed were created respectively. The results show that thefruit
drugs from Amonium are similar to each other, but different from
those from Alpmiaithe results from medianmethed are in accordance
with the classification of fruit drugs from Zingiberaceae by their
traditional effects. This pa-per may be F.elpful in seeking new
resources as well as in identifying the fruit drugs from
Zingiberaceae.
