常见舌苔舌上皮细胞化学的定性定量研究 被引量:11

摘要 本文运用显微分光光度技术对117例7种常见舌苔进行了舌苔上皮的细胞化学定位、定性、定量研究。结果分析:1、正常组G—6—PDH呈高度活性,LDH、MDH、ANAE、ACP均活性较强,—SH、RNA含量丰富,表明正常舌上皮细胞内氧化和合成代谢旺盛,尤以戊糖旁路活跃、酵解和溶解活性较强为其显著特点。2、各种病理舌苔在细胞化学变化上各有其特点:病理薄白苔各项指标均低于正常组;白厚苔G—6—PDH、LDH、MDH、ANAE活性较强,RNA和—SH含量增高而ACP活性相对低下;薄黄苔各项指标均高于正常组;黄厚苔ACP无明显变化,而其余各项显著增高;花剥与光剥苔均为MDH、G—6—PDH、ANAE活性减弱,RNA、—SH含量降低而LDH、ACP活性病理亢进,其中光剥较花剥苔变化更为明显。因此认为:舌上皮的细胞化学变化可能是不同病理舌苔形成的内在原因。3、对各项实验检测指标按中医辨证分组比较的结果与各有关舌苔的变化呈一致趋势,表明从舌苔辨别病证的寒热虚实是有其依据、价值和意义的。 ferentiate the cold, hot, deficiency and exess syndrome of diseases according to furs on the tongues, k In this paper,a quantitative study of cytochemistry of the epithelial cells of seven kinds of common furs on the toguesdl? cases, including 91 patients and 26 normal individuals)was carried out by means of microspectro-photometer. The results Showed that the reaction of G-6-PDH appeared high activity In normal group while the contents of LDH, MDH, ANAE, ACP, SH, and RNA were all abundant. It Suggested that the metabolisms of oxidation and synthesis in the epithelial cells of normal furs were exuberant,the most remarkable characteristic was that the activities of pen-tose phosphate pathway, the glycolyasis and the catabolism were dynamic. There were some peculiarities oneself on the changes of cytochemistry in each kind of pathological furs.- all the indexes of cytochemistry in the pathological thin-white furs were lower than those in normal group;in the thick-white furs, the activities of G-6-PDH, LDH, MDH and ANAE increased, the activity of ACP lowered comparatively sail the indexes in thin-yellowish furs were higher than those in normal group and the thick-yellowish furs,the contents of LDH.MDH.G-6-PDH, ANAE,RNA and SH increased significantly and the chang of the activity of ACP was not remarkable in the exfoliative furs and uncoated tongues, the same characteristics were that the activities of MDH,G-6-PDH.ANAE lowered,the contents of RNA and SH also decreased and the contents of RNA and SH also decreased and the activity of LDH and ACP were hy-pofunctional among which the changes of the uncoated tongues were more remarkable than the exfoliative furs. From these results, it suggested that the cytochemical changes of the epithelial cells of furs on the tongues may be the inner reason producing the different pathological furs. The results of comparisons of all the experimental indexes grouped by differentiation of Symptoms and signs presented the same trends with the changes of the fur related.
