“脾主肌肉”的生化研究——若干酶指标活性的测定 被引量:14

摘要 本文从生化角度探讨了“脾主肌肉”的机理。实验采用破气苦降法制脾气虚模型大鼠,取其后腿骨骼肌制备肌肉抽提液,测定了肌肉抽提液和血清中ATP、CPK、GPT、LDH、α—HBD等指标的变化,发现脾气虚大鼠骨骼肌中能源含量降低,能量与物质代谢有关的酶活性也降低,并有显著性差异。然后用四君子汤复健,并与自然恢复组进行对照,经3W复健,各项指标皆能恢复到或接近正常水平。实验结果说明,脾气虚时,肌肉中能量和物质代谢发生了明显的变化,“脾主肌肉”确有一定的生化机制基础。 The article approched to the mechanism of 'the spleen being in charge of the muscles' from biochemistry-The laboratory model (rat) was made by removing stagnation of qi with bitter and deperes-sant prescription, we took the skeletal muscles of hind legs to make muscular extraction, determined the changes of ATP,CPK,GPT,LDH,and a-HBD in muscular extraction and Serum. The results showed that the energy contents in skeletal muscles of rat with deficiency of Spleen were decreased, the enzymes assay were decreased?the difference was significante. Then we gave'shijunzhi'decoction to have rats recovered , campared with control group, Several indexes got normal level after three weeks. The results showed that the energy and Substance metabolism in muscles changed obviously at the time of deficiency of spleen. All these Suggested that 'the Spleen being in charge of the muscles 'was on the basis of biochemical mechanism.
