环氧化酶2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression of COX-2 and its clinical significance in non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨环氧化酶2(COX2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测56例NSCLC组织及配对癌旁正常组织中COX2蛋白的表达。结果(1)COX2在NSCLC组织中阳性表达率为62.5%,显著高于癌旁正常组织中的12.5%(P<0.01)。(2)COX2的表达在肺腺癌中显著高于肺鳞癌(P<0.01),并随肿瘤的增大、淋巴结的转移、TNM分期的进展而增高(P<0.05)。(3)COX2阳性组患者5年生存率10.71%,中位生存期21个月;COX2阴性组患者5年生存率35%,中位生存期39个月,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论COX2的增加表达可能与NSCLC的发生、发展有密切关系,是NSCLC患者预后不良的因素之一。

Objective To explore the expression of COX-2 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and its relationship with patient's clinical characteristics and prognosis.Methods Expression of COX-2 protein was detected in 56 cases of NSCLC tissues and 56 cases of paracancerous tissues by immunohistochemistry assay.Results (1) Expression of COX-2 was detected in a significantly greater proportion of NSCLC tissues(62.5%) than that of paracancerous tissues(12.5%)(P<0.01).(2) Expression of COX-2 was higher in lung adenocarcinoma than that in squamous carcinoma(P<0.01),which increased with the tumor enlargement, lymphnode metastasis and advancing of TNM stage(P<0.05).(3) In COX-2 positive group, the 5-year survival rate and a median survival time were 10.71% and 21 months,which however were 35% and 39 months respectively in negative group(P<0.01).Conclusion Increased expression of COX-2 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC,and is one of the factors predicting the worse prognosis of NSCLC.
