摘要
以CoCl2 ·6H2 O和H2 C2 O4 ·2H2 O为原料 ,运用超声沉淀法制备前驱体CoC2 O4 ·2H2 O ,然后在 30 0℃下煅烧前驱体制得棒状Co3O4 纳米粒子。结合TG DSC热分析 ,X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜等表征手段研究了最终产物的结构和形貌。结果显示产物为棒状立方相Co3O4 ,其直径大约为 10 0nm ,长度范围为 0 .4— 2 .0 μm,并讨论了棒状Co3O4 粒子的形成机理。
Rod-like cobalt oxide (Co_3O_4) nanoparticles were successfully prepared by calcining CoC_2O_4·2H_2O precursor at 300℃. The precursor was achieved via an ultrasound-assisted precipitation reaction between solutions of CoCl_2 and H_2C_2O_4. The structure and morphology of the prepared products were investigated by means of X-ray powder diffractometry (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetric analysis (DSC-TG), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and selected area electronic diffraction (SAED). The results showed that the prepared rod-like products are composed of cubic phase Co_3O_4 with an average diameter of about 100nm, and lengths ranging from 0.4μm to 2μm. The mechanism of formation of the rod-like Co_3O_4 nanoparticles was also discussed.
