脑胶质瘤组织PCNA和Ki-67及p53的表达研究

摘要 目的:探讨PCNA、Ki-67和p53与胶质瘤的分级及预后的关系.方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测48例脑胶质瘤标本和对照组10例标本PCNA、Ki-67和p53的表达.结果:48例胶质瘤标本中,PCNA、Ki-67和 p53表达阳性率分别为85.4%(41/48)、68.8%(33/48)和45.8%(22/48);对照组10例标本均不表达PCNA、Ki-67和p53,两组比较,差异有统计学意义,χ2=7.348~23.563,P<0.01.结论:胶质瘤中PCNA、Ki-67及p53的阳性表达率与其恶性度相关,均可作为判断胶质瘤恶性程度及预后的指标. OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between the expressions of PCNA, Ki-67 and p53 and the grading or prognosis of the gliomas.METHODS:The expressions of PCNA, Ki-67 and p53 in 48 samples of human gliomas and 10 normal tissue specimens were detected by the immunohistochemistry method (SP).RESULTS:In the 48 gliomas studied, PCNA in 85.4%(41/48), Ki-67 in 68.8%(33/48) and p53 in 45.8%(22/48). None of the normal tissue specimens expressed PCNA, Ki-67 and p53, χ~2=7.348-23.563,P<0.01.CONCLUSIONS:PCNA, Ki-67 and p53 express in high percentage of gliomas. The expressions of PCNA, Ki-67 and p53 in gliomas may be used as tumor markers evaluating the histograde, clinical stage and prognosis of human glioma.
