摘要
采用差示紫外分光光度法测定增效黄连素胶囊中盐酸黄连素和甲氧苄氨嘧啶的含量。方法简便、准确。平均回收率分别为１００．１％和９９．９％，ＲＳＤ分别为０．２３％和０．４１％。
A method of differential UV-spectrophotometric determination of components in berberine and trimethoprim capsules has been devoloped.The average recovery of berberine hydrochloride and trimethoprim were 100.1% and 99.9%.The relative standard deviations were 0.23% and 0.41% respectively.The method was convenient and accurate.
