安乃近片含量测定方法的比较

COMPARISON OF DETERMINATION METHODS OF DIPYRONE TABLETS

用紫外分光光度法的对照品比较法和吸光系数法分别测定安乃近片的含量，结果与药典碘量法接近。两法回收率分别为１００．３％（ＲＳＤ＝０．２２％，ｎ＝６）及１００．２％（ＲＳＤ＝０．３１％，ｎ＝６）。

The spectrophotometry.including comparative measurement to a reference standard and the use of absorption coefficient,was applied in the quantitative determination of dipyrone tablets,the results were comparable to the iodometry described in the pharmacopeia.The recoveries of both methods were 100.37%(RSD=0.22%) and 100.27% (RSD=0.31%) respectively.
