摘要
合成一种部分交联的新型聚磷酸酯材料，在其侧链上化学键合模型药物５－Ｆｕ（ＣＨ２）４ＯＨ，对聚合物体外释药性能的研究表明聚合物可缓慢释放药物。
A novel partially cross-linking polyphosphate ester containing antitumor drug 5-Fu(CH2)4OH in pendent system was synthesized.The structure of the polymer was confirmed by elementary analysis,IR,1HNMR and 31PNMR.In vitro drug release of the polymer was studied at pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution at 37℃.
