摘要
以邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,经氯化、酰亚胺化、氟化、水解、脱羧等五步反应得四氟苯甲酸。工艺简便,反应条件温和,总收率45%。
A facile preparation of 2,3,4.5-tetrafluorobenzoic acid starting from phthalic anhydride,via chlorination,imidation,fluorination,hydrolysis and decarboxylation was described.The reactions of all steps were carried out in moderate conditions to afford an overall yield of 45%.
