摘要
利用等吸光点处(271.5nm)混合组分的吸光系数和尿嘧啶在λmax259nm处的吸光度,采用紫外吸收比法同时测定优福定片中二组分的含量。方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好。喃氟啶和尿嘧啶的回收率分别为100.7±0.7%和100.2±0.46%(n=5)。
The components in YOUFUDING tablets were determined by UV absorbancy ratio technique,at isoabsorptive point of the two compounds(271.5nm) and the maximum absorption wave length of uracil(259nm).This method was simple,rapid and precise.The average recovery of tegafur and uracil was 100.7±0.7% and 100.2±0.46% (n=5),respectively.
