摘要
以虫胶和聚丙烯酸树脂ＥｕｄｒａｇｉｔＲＳ１００、ＥｕｄｒａｇｉｔＬ１００为包衣材料制备酮洛芬微丸。并就不同衣材对微丸药物体外释放及制剂稳定性的影响进行了比较系统的研究。
Two kinds of ketoprofen pellets coated with shellac or polyacrylic acid resin (Eudragit RS 100,Eudragir L100) were prepared.The influence of different coating materials on the drug released rates in vitro and the stability of pellets were studied.
