潜油电动机冷热态电阻的自动测量

Automatic measuring of cold and hot state resistance of submersible electric motor.

潜油电动机的冷热态电阻是衡量潜油电动机质量的重要指标,目前大多数潜油电动机试验台都采用手工方法测量,其缺点是受人工接线的影响,测量速度慢,触点误差难以控制,特别是热态电阻的测量,不能满足测量时间的要求。为此,介绍一种利用分压电路原理的自动测量方法。该方法通过测量标准电源在电阻上的压降来测量电动机的冷热态电阻,效果好,自动测量电路简单,测量重复性好,性能可靠,测量系统自动化程度高。

Since the cold state and hot state DC resistance of a submersible electric motor is often measured manually, this takes time and the error of contact points is hard to control. Therefore an automatic measuring method is introduced. The cold and hot state DC resistance of the motor is determined by measuring the voltage drop of standard electrical source on the resistance by means of bleeder circuit principle. Application shows that the method is reliable.
