透明颤菌来源的血红蛋白基因的研究及应用进展

ADVANCES IN RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF Vitreoscilla HAEMOGLOBIN GENE

介绍了透明颤菌（Ｖｉｔｒｅｏｓｃｉｌｌａ）血红蛋白（ＶＨｂ）基因的序列特征、氧调控特性及调节机制，并探讨了ＶＨｂ重组质粒的稳定性和表达水平的影响因素；还介绍了ＶＨｂ在一些工业微生物中的应用情况，表明其在发酵工业中具有良好应用前景。

The DNA sequence character,oxygen-regulation mode and mechanism of Vitreoscilla haemoglobin(VHb) gene were reviewed;the factors influencing stability and expression level of VHb recombinant plasmid,such as copy number, the direction and strength of VHb promoter were also discussed In addition, applications of VHb in some industrial microorganisms were introduced so as to indicate the bright future of application in fermentation industry.
