摘要
中国高新技术产业正面临新的调整和升级,以个人计算机产业(PC)为例,陈述了全球价值链下高新技术产业升级的思路;提出企业主动嵌入全球化生产体系并在全球价值链中升级是中国高新技术产业发展的战略路径,最后以联想集团收购IBM个人电脑事业部(PCD)为例进行了实证分析。
High-tech industry in China is confronted with adjustment and upgrading. This article chooses PC industry as a case to introduce high-tech industry upgrading approach in global value chain. This article indicates that it is a strategic approach for enterprises to embed themselves in globalization production system and upgrade themselves in global value chain. At last, this article conducts case study on Lenovo group Ltd. purchasing PCD of IBM.
