摘要 为了研究碰摩转子的非线性动力学行为,建立了多圆盘碰摩转子系统的实验台,并且设计了一种可以模拟整周碰摩的机构。观察碰摩转子在不同条件下的振动情况,同时利用波形图、频谱图、轴心轨迹图和Poincare图等工具分析了系统在碰摩发生后的非线性响应和分岔特性,并通过改变转速来研究转子系统的碰摩发展变化。结果表明:当转子发生碰摩时,系统会激发出高倍频和分数倍频,在系统发生严重碰摩时还会出现混沌现象。 The nonlinear dynamics of a rubbing rotor in a multi-disk rotor system were investigated with a device designed to simulate the full rubbing. The vibration of the rubbing rotor was observed for different conditions. The vibration waveforms, spectrums, orbits and Poincare's maps were used to analyze the nonlinear responses and bifurcation characteristics of the system during rubbing. The rubbing process of the rotor system was studied by changing the rotor speed. The results show that higher harmonic components and fractional harmonic components are excited when rubbing occurs with chaotic motion observed with severe rubbing.
