摘要
为了分析开缝对波纹翅片流动和换热性能的影响,对3种开缝波纹翅片进行了数值模拟。结果表明:对于连续型波纹翅片,开缝有利于消除横向涡,并使流体混合得更加充分,从而提高翅片的流动和换热性能;在开缝翅片的拐角和缝隙处,局部换热系数变化剧烈;换热系数的极大值出现在拐角上游或者翅片的前缘,而极小值则出现在拐角下游或者翅片的后缘。
The effects of slitting on the flow and heat transfer around wavy fins were analyzed numerically for three types of slit wavy fin geometries. The results show that slits help remove the transverse vortices and enhance the fluid mixing, resulting in improved flow and heat transfer performance for the continuous-type wavy fin. The local heat transfer coefficient changes sharply near the corners and the slits. The maximum heat transfer coefficients appear slightly upstream from the corner and at the fin leading edge while the minimum occur downstream from the corner and at the fin trailing edge.
