舌部混合脉管畸形的感觉神经分布

摘要 目的:观察舌部混合脉管畸形神经丝(NF)的表达,探讨感觉神经分布与脉管畸形中脉管扩张的关系。方法:脉管畸形病例来自术后,选取107例病变行免疫组织化学SP法,NF单抗检测脉管畸形组织中感觉神经的分布。结果:舌部混合脉管畸形无规则扩张的血管和淋巴管周围感觉神经分布较少,与静脉畸形和淋巴管畸形之间比较无显著差异(P>0.05),而微静脉畸形扩张血管周围NF几乎无表达(P<0.01)。结论:舌部混合畸形的感觉神经分布减少可能与病变形成有关。 Objective: To investigate the expression of neurofilament (NF) in the mixed malformations of tongue, and relation between nerves distribution and elasticity of vessels. Methods: 107 postoperative vascular malformation cases were chosen for this study. All samples were stained with the anti-NF monoclonal antibody to detect the distribution of sensory nerves by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results: In the mixed malformations of the tongue, few NF s were seen around the ectatic vessels. Among venous malformations, lymphatic malformations and mixed malformations, there was no significant difference between each two of them(P>0.05). But the expression of NF was almost negative in the venous malformations(P<0.01).Conclusion: The formation of the mixed vascular malformations of tongue may be associated with the decrease of sensory nerves.
