粘蛋白MUC1及同种型MUC1/Y在膀胱癌与膀胱良性病变中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的:检测粘蛋白MUC1及其同种型MUC1/Y在膀胱癌和膀胱良性病变表达,探讨其在膀胱癌诊断和免疫治疗中的意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法和高清晰度彩色医学图文分析系统,对48例膀胱癌组织、45例腺性膀胱炎组织和10例正常膀胱组织(对照组)粘蛋白MUC1及其同种型MUC1/Y的表达,进行检测分析。结果:MUC1在膀胱癌组织、腺性膀胱炎组织中的平均灰度均显著低于正常膀胱组织(P<0.001);MUC1/Y仅在膀胱癌中有表达。结论:MUC1、MUC1/Y作为一种新型的肿瘤标志物,它们在膀胱癌组织的高表达及分布特点,可为膀胱癌诊断和免疫治疗提供实验基础。 Objective: To investigate the expression of MUC1 and MUC1/Y in human carcinoma of bladder and cystitis glandularis and their significance. Methods: MUC1 and MUC1/Y were detected in 48 cases of bladder carcinoma (tumor group), in 45 cases of cystitis grandularis (benign group) and in 10 cases of human normal bladder (control group) with immunohistochemical stain and HMIAS-2000 analysis system. Results: The optical density mean value of MUC1 was decreased significantly in the tumor group and benign group compared with that in control group (P< 0.01). However, MUC1/Y was only expressed in the bladder carcinoma. Conclusion: As a new tumor marker, the expression and distribution of MUC1 and MUC1/Y may act as the diagnostic index of bladder carcinoma, and it could also serve in the immunotherapy.
