视网膜光化学损伤后MDA、SOD及NO浓度变化的研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的通过检测大鼠视网膜急性光损伤后丙二醛(MDA),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),一氧化氮(NO)浓度的变化,探讨视网膜光损伤的发病机制。方法20只SD健康大鼠,体重200~220g,雌雄不分,随机分成对照组及实验组。对照组5只;实验组15只分在3个不同时间点(光照后24h,6、10d)各5只,经手术显微镜灯泡连续照射1h,于光照前及光照后3个不同时间点急性处死大鼠进行视网膜MDA、SOD及NO浓度的检测。结果光照后3个不同时间点NO及MDA浓度均比对照组增高,差异均有显著意义;SOD浓度比对照组降低,各项指标差异均有显著意义。结论MDA及NO浓度增高及SOD浓度降低可能与视网膜光化学损伤的发病有关。 ObjectiveTo study the changes of malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide (NO) in rats retina after retinal light damage.MethodsTwenty rats were divided randomly into control group (5 rats) and experimental group(15 rats).The experimental rats were exposed continually to visible light with an luminance level of ( 19000 ± 1001.3 )Lux for an hour in general anesthesia,and control rats did not receive light radiation.The levels of MDA,SOD and NO were measured by photometry at the 24th hour,the 6th and 10th day after the light exposure.ResultsCompared with control group,the levels of MDA and NO were increased significantly(t=8.18,12.22,7.00,P<0.01) and (t=14.77,10.54,25.50,P<0.01),and the levels of SOD were decreased significantly(t=16.90,22.60,10.07,P<0.01).ConclusionIncrease of MDA and NO levels and the decrease of SOD level are the main pathogenetic features of retinal photo damage.
