摘要
目的探讨骨性眼眶计算机三维重建方法,为眼眶病治疗和临床影像学诊断提供参考数据。方法利用淀粉铸型切片法对不同性别27个眼眶进行切片体积、面积、径线长度测量,得出各断层数据和径线长度。结果铸型的平均高度为45.34mm,平均总体积为27.00cm3,平均切片厚度为2.79mm。各个断层切片的平均面积最大值为12.01cm2,平均体积的最大值为2.99cm3,均位于第17切片。各个断层切片水平最长径的平均最大值为41.75mm,位于第16切片;垂直最长径的平均最大值37.72mm,位于第14切片。第1~14切片平均垂直最长径逐渐增大,第14切片后减少,第15、16切片逐渐减少后于第17切片达最大值。第13与14切片间平均水平最长径约等于平均垂直最长径。结论淀粉铸型可为眼眶重建术提供较好的模型制作方法。眼眶并不是单一的四棱锥形状,各断层平均最大面积、体积、水平最长径分别相一致,位于眶口处。
ObjectiveTo offer a reference for clinical image diagnose and establish a study method for computer rebuilding of bone orbit.MethodsMethod of casting model with starch was utilized to measure the orbital volume,acreage and length in 27 section of orbits.ResultAverage parameters of the model were list as follow: altitude was 45.34mm,total volume 27.00cm 3 ,thickness section 2.79mm and acreage of 12.01cm 2 .The NO.17 section has the maximum volume of 2.99cm 3 ,and the NO.16 had the maximum horizontal length of 41.75mm.The maximum length of 37.72mm was seen in the NO.14.The vertical length of section was gradually increased from NO.1 to NO.14 with the maximum value in NO.17.The maximum horizontal length between NO.14 and NO.13 was equal to the maximum vertical length of section.ConclusionThe casting model with starch is better way for study of rebuilding of bone orbit.The orbit is not a four-arris edge cone,and the orbital aperture has the maximum horizontal length,volume and acreage.
