摘要
经临床及实验研究证实,新型的半氟化物(PFA)可有效地清洗玻璃体腔、视网膜表面、晶状体和人工晶状体表面的硅油滴;PFA与全氟化碳液(PFCLs)联合应用于黄斑转位手术伴360°视网膜切开,具有确切的临床效果。由于具有一定的机械压迫作用和化学毒性,PFA在其他方面的用途尚未在临床开展使用。就PFA在玻璃体视网膜手术中的用途及其有关的研究和见解进行综述。
Recently,partially fluorinated alkanes (PFA) has been used as a solvent to dissolve silicone oil in vitreous cavity,retinal surface,lenses and intraocular lenses.Combined use of perfluorocarbon liquids (PFCLs) and PFA with ratio 9∶1 can do well for macular rotation if subsequent replacement by silicone oil is necessary.However,application of PFA is limited because of its mechanical and chemical damage.The researches on function of PFA in vitreoretinal surgery are reviewed.
