RSR法在住院医疗费用管理中的应用

The application of the rank sum ratio way to the management of the hospitalized medical charges

目的:对患者的住院医疗费用进行有效管理,同时尽可能提高医院的经济效益。方法:应用RSR法综合评价重庆市某医院乳腺癌患者住院医疗费用的情况。结果:在各年份分费用评价中,费用呈现出逐步上升的趋势;在各年份分费别评价中,也分为上、中、下三档。结论:在诊疗质量不断提升的同时,住院医疗费用越渐昂贵而医院的效益越来越好。合理有效地对住院医疗费用进行管理,以便患者和医疗单位两者的利益协调与平衡。

Objective:To effectively manage the hospitalized patients' medical charges and rationally improve the hospital economic benefits.Methods:The research has been done through the rank sum ratio way for exploring the charges of hospitalized patients with breast cancer in Chongqing.Results:It was found that the medical charges exist a continually rising trend with graded by RSR.Conclusion:This paper concludes that both the medical charges and the hospital benefits are increasing at the same time.
