三种脱敏药物治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效评价

Observation of clinical effects of three kinds of desensitizer on dentin hypersensitivity

目的:评价Prime&BondNT粘接北京日剂(A)、GLUMA脱敏剂(B)、75%氟化钠甘油糊剂(C)三种脱敏药物对牙本质过敏治疗的疗法。方法:牙本质过敏症患者牙324个,随机分成3组。A组:Prime&BondNT粘接剂脱敏,B组:Gluma脱敏剂脱敏,C组:氟化钠甘油糊剂脱敏。结果:即刻疗效:A组>C组(P<0.01)、B组>C组(P<0.01)、A组与B组无差异(P>0.05。3个月疗效:A组>B组(P<0.01)。结论:Prime&BondNT粘接剂治疗牙本质过敏症疗效稳定持久。

Objective:To eveluate the clinical effects of treating dentine hypersensitivity with three kinds of desensitizer(Prime & Bond NT,GLUMA desensitizer and 75% sodium fluoride glycerin).Methods:324 teeth with dentin hypersensitivity were divided into three groups.Group A:Prime & Bond NT adhesive.Group B:GLUMA desensitizer.Group C:sodium fluoride.Results:Instant,effective rates in group A and group B were significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences between the groups of A and B(P>0.05).After three months,effective rates in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.01).Conclusion:Prime & Bond NT adhesive shows better clinical treatment effects.It is suitable for widespread adoption in treating dentin hypersersitivity.
