复方锁阳冲剂是按照金匮肾气丸和右归丸的方意,选用附子、肉桂、已戟天、锁阳、淫羊藿、枸杞子、菟丝子、黄芪、党参、淮山药等,经加工制成的冲剂。该药以温阳补肾为主,兼以益气健脾,填精养血。通过临床观察结果证明,可用于多种以脾肾阳虚为主要病机的慢性疾病,特别是对长期依赖糖皮质激素的患者疗效尤为突出。现将临床观察的情况报告如下。

The main effect of this formula is to warm-up yang and reinforce the kidney,at the same time to tonify the spleen-qi, replenish essence and nourish the blood. It is proved by the clinical and experimental results that it can be applied to treat various chronic diseases which have the major pathological mechanism of yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney. The curative effect is specially obvious in treatment of cases being reliant on glucocorticoid hormone long. It can shorten the treatment course of hormone, help to remove hormone and has the glucocorticoid-like effection.
