摘要
目的探讨MHC-Ⅰ、MHC-Ⅱ及CD45分子免疫相关抗原在新生1d及10周龄C57BL/6小鼠神经视网膜表达的变化。方法新生1d及10周龄C57BL/6小鼠神经视网膜悬液细胞培养48h后行流式细胞仪检测3种免疫相关抗原的表达。结果新生1d神经视网膜可少量表达MHG-Ⅰ、MHC-Ⅱ及CD45。10周龄神经视网膜可表达MHC-Ⅰ、MHC-Ⅱ及CD45,其表达量均明显高于新生1d组。结论新生期神经视网膜中,相关抗原表达量明显低于成年小鼠组,免疫原性较低,适宜做视网膜移植的供体材料。
Objective To study the difference of MHC-I, MHC-Ⅱ and CD45 expression on the neural retina between newborn and post-natal 10 weeks C57BL/6 mouse. Methods Three kinds of antigens of neural retina were examined by flowcytometry after retinal neural cells were cultured for 48 hours. Results Neonatal mouse retina had a low expression of MHC-Ⅰ, MHC-Ⅱ and CD45.MHC-Ⅰ, MHC-Ⅱ and CD45 expression could be found on the 10 weeks mouse retina. Compared with newnatal retina, the three antigens expression on adult retina were much more. Conclusion The newnatal retina has more lower antigens expression about immune than adult one. So it is less immunogenic than adult one. The newnatal retina is appropriate donor material for retina transplantation.
