摘要
目的观察思诺迪清在青光眼小梁切除术中应用的临床疗效。方法60例患者86眼进行常规青光眼小梁切除术,并在巩膜瓣下植入1粒思诺迪清(含地塞米松1mg)。观察术后前房深度及眼压恢复情况。结果术后65眼前房正常,21眼前房略浅,随访3-6月平均眼压为20.78mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg)。结论60例86眼青光眼滤过手术成功率明显提高,术后并发症明显减少。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of surodex granule on glaucoma with trabeculectomy. Methods Trabeculectomy was performed in 86 eyes of 60 patients,and the surodex granule was used in all operations. Depth of anterior chamber and IOP were observed after the operation. Results After 3 -6 months of followed-up, the average IOP was 20.78 mmHg, 65 eyes showed normal depth of anterior chamber and 21 eyes presented superficial anterior chamber. Conclusion The surodex could improve the successful rate of trabeculectomy and reduce the complications.
