摘要 在增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferative vitreo-retinopathy,PVR)形成的各个不同阶段有多种细胞因子及受体、化学因子及受体、粘附分子及其他生物化学因素参与。炎症期主要有参与炎症反应的白细胞介素及化学因子,增殖期主要有调控细胞迁移与增殖的生长因子、粘附分子及细胞凋亡相关因素参与,而在纤维化瘢痕期主要有影响瘢痕形成的因素参与。对于这些因素的研究,将有助于明确PVR的发病机制,以利于临床防治的研究。 During the different stages of prolifera- tive vitreoretinopathy (PVR ), celluar functions are influenced by many different kinds of factors, such as cytokines and their receptors, chemokines and their receptors, adhesion molecules and other blotic and chemical factors. In the inflammatory stage, in-terleukin and chemokine influence the reaction. The proliferation stage is mainly influenced by growth factors,adhesion molecules and some factors associated with cell apoptosis. Factors relating to the formation of scar are involved in the contractile stage. Research on these factors should be important for understanding the mechanism and further the clinical treatment of PVR.
