摘要
水泥基材料塑性开裂试验的新方法,采用试模外形尺寸为600mm×600mm×70mm,分两层浇筑,基层为C60高强混凝土,其间均匀分布垂直于底部的螺杆,上层可用来做水泥胶砂或水泥净浆试验,将其置于试验室进行恶劣环境条件试验,观察塑性开裂情况。采用不同聚丙烯纤维及不同配合比分析塑性开裂情况,研究结果表明该方法比加拿大的塑性开裂试验方法更先进,对合成纤维在水泥基材料中的作用可以定量化分析。
The sample dimension of the new method for the plastic crack test of cement-based material is 600mm×600mm×70mm, concreted by two layers with the base layer being C60 high strength concrete in which bolts vertical to the bottom are evenly arranged, and the upper layer being used for cement-gelled sand or pure cement mortar test. Laboratory test is made on samples under bad conditions to observe plastic cracking, and analysis is carried out on the plastic cracking situations with different polypropylene fibers and various mixture ratios. The results show that this method is more advanced than that of the Canadian plastic cracking test, and can be used to make quantitative analysis on the function of synthetic fiber in cement-based material.
