摘要
探讨时间管理效能对时间监控行为和自尊、自我效能和学习满意度的中介作用。随机选取260名大学生为研究对象,结果表明时间管理效能对时间监控行为和自尊、自我效能和学习满意度具有部分中介作用,也就是时间监控行为既可以通过时间管理效能来影响自尊、自我效能和学习满意度,也可以直接影响自我效能和学习满意度。
The aim of the research was to explore the meditation effect of time efficacy between time control behaviors and other variables. The data were collected from 260 college students. The results showed that partial, rather than full, mediation of time efficacy was found from the data. In other words time efficacy mediated partially the relation between time control behaviors and self-esteem, self-efficacy, and learning satisfaction. The study demonstrated the importance of time efficacy in time management disposition training.
