柔肝抗纤方治疗慢性肝病的临床和实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Research on Chronic Hepatic Disease Treated with Rougan Kangxian Decoction

以益气养阴、活血化瘀两法组成中药复方柔肝抗纤方,治疗不同慢性肝病,经3个月治疗后发现,稳定型早期肝硬化病人临床症状、肝功能以及蛋白代谢等均有改善,血清透明质酸水平下降;活动性慢性肝病(漫活肝和晚期失代偿期肝硬化)病人未见上述改变。采用柔肝抗纤方水醇提取物灌服活动性肝纤维化大鼠,发现该方有降低大鼠的体重、改善肝功能、纠正蛋白代谢、降低血清透明质酸和肝脏羟脯氨酸水平,以及减轻肝脏病理改变尤其纤维化等作用,4周治疗性处理疗效优于6周防治性处理。上述结果提示,该方对病变相对静止(非活动性)的稳定期慢性肝病有保肝降酸抗纤维化作用,而对活动性慢性肝病则疗效欠佳。

Rougan Kangxian Decoction is a compound formula based on therapies of reinforcing qi to nourish yin and activating blood circulation to resolve stasis. It was applied to treat different chronic hepatic diseases. It was found after treatment of three months that the clinical symptoms, liver function and protein metabolism were improved, and the level of serum hyaluronic acid was decreased in patients of stable type of early hepatocirrhosis, while these changes were not found in patients of active chronic hepatic diseases (chronic active hepatitis and decompensated hepatocirrhosis of late stage). By filling the extract of Rougan Kangxian Decoction in rats with active hepatic fibrosis, it was found that this decoction had effects of decreasing body weight, improving liver function, rectifying protein metabolism, decreasing the levels of serum hyaluronic acid and hepatic oxyproline hydroxyproline, and lightening hepatic pathological changes (especially the fi-brosis )of rats. The curative effect of therapeutic dealing in four weeks was superior to that of preventive and curative dealing in six weeks.
