摘要 介绍了一种运用FPGA实现的便携式生物芯片自动检测仪。该系统利用FPGA设计频率检测系统,可同时检测8个通道的频率,通过对频率的测量可实时连续地监测反应的进行,达到定性定量检测的目的。具有测量精度高、工作稳定性好、价格低、携带使用方便、可实时监测等优点,并可用于同时检测多组标本。 This paper introduces the development of a portable multi-channel biochip instrument, which is based on field programmable gate array (FPGA) technology. FPGA utilized to design the frequency detection module, this instrument can be used to measure 8-channel frequency at the same time. By continuous real-time measurement of the frequency changes, this instrument can fulfill qualitative and quantitative analyses of biochemical reactions. It has such advantages as high precision, high stability, low price, high portability and can perform real-time simultaneous detection of multi-specimens.
