摘要 半导体激光器因其波长的扩展、高功率激光阵列的出现以及可兼容的光纤导光和激光能量参数微机控制的出现而迅速发展。半导体激光器体积小、重量轻、成本低、波长可选择,其临床应用覆盖了其他类型激光的应用范围。主要应用于光谱技术、干涉技术、临床标本或组织的检测和诊断、临床治疗。 The application of semiconductor laser in medicine has extended rapidly with the development of its series techniques. Semiconductor laser has its own advantages, such as small body, light weight, low price and optional wavelengths. The application of semiconductor laser is limited within two fields, which covers other lasers' application fields. One is the utilization of its optic property for tissue detection and disease diagnosis, and the other is the utilization of its biological effect for disease therapy. The two kinds of application are both specified in this paper.
