RF-Ⅱ型系统治疗腰椎滑脱症

RF-Ⅱ system for treatment of lumbar spondylolithesis.

目的探讨RFⅡ型椎弓根螺钉内固定系统联合后外侧关节突和横突间植骨融合对腰椎滑脱症的治疗效果。方法对37例腰椎滑脱症患者采用RFⅡ型椎弓根螺钉进行复位内固定,部分患者行椎板切除减压和髓骸摘出,同时行后外侧关节突和横突间植骨融合,术后卧床休息4～6周后佩带腰围下床活动。结果随访半年至3年,平均27个月。完全复位31例,大部分复位6例,所有患者腰腿痛症状改善,优良率达83.5%。结论RFⅡ型椎弓根螺钉内固定系统是治疗腰椎滑脱症的最佳内固定器材之一,良好的植骨床和充足的植骨量是保证脊柱植骨融合和长期稳定的关键。

Objective To study the effects of RF-Ⅱ system with posterolateral bone graft for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods 37 patients (11 males and 26 females) with Lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated with posterolateral bone graft and RF-Ⅱ system as spinal reduction and internal fixation,some cases also involved unilateral decompressive laminectomy and discectomy.After 4～6 weeks of bedrest,patients were fitted with corsets and instructed to walk.The corset was used for 3～4 months postoperatively.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years with an average of 27 months.31 cases obtained complete reduction and 6 obtained 90% of reduction.Anatomical reduction rate was 83.8%.Pain relief was seen in all patients.Conclusion RF-Ⅱ System is an effective alternative for treatment of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis with posterolateral bone graft.
