摘要
本文针对350冷连轧机张力仪检测不准,压头、轴承及导杆破坏严重等问题,从理论上进行了分析研究,指出问题存在的原因及后果,并从设备选型、使用、维护和标定等方面进行了讨论。本工作对张力仪设计改进及正确使用,均有重要参考价值。
Problems of a tensiometer mounted on a 350 continuous cold mill giving incorrect readings leading to serious damage to the screwdown head,bearings and guide bars are studied analytica- 11y.Factors and consequences of the existing problems are pointed out.Diseussions are made on the proper choice of tensiometers as well as their mallipwatlon maintenance and calibration.
