北方山溪鲵精巢生精小叶与间质区在繁殖周期中显微结构的变化 被引量:4

摘要 观察北方山溪鲵(Batrachuperustibetanus)精巢生精小叶和间质区在繁殖周期的显微结构,并测量了生精小叶的直径、生精小叶和间质区的体密度。结果显示,在精子排空期,精巢中排空区内间质细胞最发达,体密度达到最大值。在精子形成期和成熟期,间质区体密度比增殖期和成熟分裂期明显增大。说明间质区体密度的增大与精子形成以及繁殖活动密切相关,排空小叶中的支持细胞可能对间质区的间质细胞发育起重要作用。 Microstructure of seminiferous lobules and interstitial tissue were observed during the reproductive cycle in Batrachuperus tibetanus, and seminiferous lobules diameters(DSL), volume densities of seminiferous lobules(VvSL) and interstitial tissue(VvIT) were calculated. A developed interstitial tissue was found adjacent to lobules and the VvIT reached maximum in spermation. During the spermiogenesis, the VvIT increased significantly in comparison to the proliferation and meiosis periods. It was showed that hypertrophy of interstitial tissue (IT ) was associated with the spermiogenesis and reproduction. The Sertoli cell in evacuated lobules may be involved in the IT development.
