摘要
作者对350mm 三机架冷连轧机组加速过程辊缝补偿问题进行了计算机仿真研究,推导出一个实用的辊缝补偿公式;分析和讨论了设备、工艺参数对动态补偿控制的影响,同时还讨论了控制周期的选择问题。本工作可供现场同类型机组实现加减速过程的动态补偿控制时参考。
A computerized simulation of roll gap control DURING STEPPING UP AND DOWN the roiling speed on a continuous cold mill(3-stand)is performed,and a serviceable formula for the compensation of the fluctuations in roll gap is proposed. The influence of the installation construction,technologic para- meters on the dynamic control and the selection of control cycle are also discussed.
