摘要
重点专科建设是现代医院医疗技术建设的主要内容,同时也对其他临床科室的技术建设具有重要的带动和协同作用。本文对黑龙江省9家大型综合性医院的18个重点专科在选择与布局、人员配备与构成、技术水平等三个方面进行了调查。结果表明,部分重点专科目前主要存在的问题是缺乏高层次、高水平的学术带头人,梯队建设不完善;医疗技术人员配备不均衡,尤其是护理人员不足;技术水平参差不齐,有关基础建设和专科设备不配套,导致部分重点专科名不副实。为此,建议有关部门和医院重视对重点专科的统筹建设,将其纳入区域发展规划和医院发展规划,在人力、物力及有关政策上予以支持。
An investigative study was conducted on the accredition and distribution, personnel composition and disposition,and technical competence of 18 key deparments in 9 large-sized general hospitals of Heilongjiang Province. The results show that in part of the key departments there exist at present these major problems: scarcity of high-level academic guides and other imperfections in echelon construction; disproportion in personnel composition, especially a chronic shortage of nursing personnel; and lack of possibility to form rational complete sets from basic facilities, special equipments and technical levels. In order to give better effect to the leading role of key departments in hospital undertaking, it is advisable to strengthen the key departments through the proper authorities' support in manpower, material resources and related policies.
