骨肿瘤端粒酶活性检测及其意义

摘要 目的:了解端粒酶活性高低与骨肿瘤恶性程度的关系.方法:用TRAP方法和改进的TRAP印染方法,对骨肿瘤组织端粒酶活性进行检测.结果:端粒酶阳性率分别为:骨肉瘤80.6%(29/36例),骨巨细胞瘤80.0%(20/25例),软骨肉瘤85.7%(6/7例),恶性纤维组织细胞瘤100%(2/2例),横纹肌肉瘤100%(2/2例),脊索瘤100%(3/3例),另有9例骨软骨瘤检测,仅有1例(11.1%)阳性.同时检测17例患者的肿瘤旁肌肉组织或软组织,均未发现有阳性.结论:端粒酶活性与骨肿瘤恶性程度密切相关,是诊断恶性骨肿瘤、判断预后的良好指标. AIM: To investigate the correlation between the telomerase activity and the pathologic grade of bone tumors. METHODS: The telomerase activity was detected in bone tumors by TRAP and TRAP-Ag+ staining methods. RESULTS: The telomerase positivity rate was 80.6% for osteosarcoma, 85.7% for chondrosarcoma, 100% for malignant fibrous histocytoma, rhabdomyosarcoma and chordoma, and 11.1% for chondroma, respectively. The telomerase activity in muscle tissues or soft tissues beside the invasive bone tumor tissues in 17 cases was also detected with negative result. CONCLUSION: There is a significant correlation between the telomerase activity and the pathologic grade of bone tumors. The telomerase activity is a good index of diagnosis and prognosis for malignant bone tumors.
