五味子酚对药物氧化性溶血性贫血模型家兔外周血及超氧化物歧化酶活力和丙二醛含量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的通过研究五味子酚(Sal.)对药物氧化性溶血性贫血(DOHA)模型家兔外周血及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,验证Sal.的抗氧化作用对DOHA 的治疗效果。方法以乙酰苯肼(APH)注射制作DOHA模型家兔,Sal.灌胃治疗12天,观测各组家兔外周血象及间接胆红素、血清SOD活力及MDA含量的变化。结果大剂量Sal.可明显改善DOHA家兔的贫血状况,疗效显著优于同等剂量的维生素E及小剂量Sal组(P<0.01);而小剂量Sal.组与维E组之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论大剂量Sal.可改善DOHA模型兔的贫血状况,并升高血清SOD活力,降低MDA含量,表明Sal.对DOHA有一定的治疗作用。 Objective To study the influences of Schisanhenol on the model rabbits of drug induced oxidative hemolytic anemia (DOHA) by acetyl-phenylhydrazine. Methods The DOHA model rabbits were made through injecting acetyl-phenylhydrazine to animal. The model rabbits were distributed to 4 groups randomly and treated by feeding 0. 9% sodium chloride injection, vitamin E, low dose Schisanhenol, high dose Schisanhenol for 12 days respectively. At the same time, the parameters of hemo-gram、indirect reacting bilirubin and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malon-dialdehyde (MDA) content were measured by test. Results 1. The parameters of hemogram of high dose Schisanhenol group were obviously superior than the vitamin E group and low dose Schisanhenol group (P< 0. 01). 2. High dose Schisanhenol can increase the DOS activity and decrease the MDA content more than vitamin E group and low dose Schisanhenol group (P<0. 05), but the compare between the later groups is no obvious difference. Conclusion Schisanhenol can treat DOHA to some extent and enhance the clearance action of oxygen free radical of DOHA model rabbits.
