摘要
特需医疗保健服务具有广泛的需求,其面向社会多阶层群体,符合卫生工作为大多数人服务的方向。通过对12882名特需服务供需双方人员的调查,提出对策和建议:特需服务必须有领导、有组织地进行,处理好与基本医疗的关系。对特需服务要正确引导,可以趋利除弊,有利于特需医疗保健服务这一改革举措正常运行,健康发展。
Wide - ranging special and individualized gealth services were found, through questionaire of 12, 882 consumers and providers of the services, to be needed widely among multi - layered social masses;and should be further developed in a guided and well -organized way, so as to promote what is advantageous and avoid what is undesirable, as well as to correctly handle the relations with basic medical services.
